Yin Yoga is a slow, soothing, and meditative style of yoga that targets the deep connective tissues, fascia, and ligaments in the body. It also focuses on stretching and stimulating different acupressure points and meridians - or channels of energy - throughout the body. In this class, Aphra will also explain how the poses target specific meridian lines to stimulate stress relief, reduce anxiety, and bring balance throughout your body.
