We will move through a series of basic grounding poses to help you embody an earthy sense of presence and calm. Hatha is designed as a quick and simple practice you can turn to anytime you need it. Breathe deeply, move slowly, and get ready to tap into your own energy.
Yin Yoga - Group Sessions

Yin Yoga is a therapeutic form of yoga that helps relieve stress (physically and mentally) and anxiety. Join Aphra as she guides you through a calming full-length practice that will make you feel good during, and leave you with a lasting sense of peace once you finish. Yin Yoga is a slow, soothing, and meditative style of yoga that targets the deep connective tissues, fascia, and ligaments in the body. It also focuses on stretching and stimulating different acupressure points and meridians - or channels of energy - throughout the body. In this class, Aphra will also explain how the poses target specific meridian lines to stimulate stress relief, reduce anxiety, and bring balance throughout your body.
