AWra - Hatha Vinyasa Flow - Group Session

Hatha Vinyasa Yoga combines two different disciplines. Vinyasa means breath-synchronized movement. “Ha-tha” meaning the sun and the moon, bringing a connection of the body and the mind through movement.

Hatha Vinyasa yoga is a combination of vinyasas, asanas , pranayamas, meditation and relaxation. Hatha Vinyasa builds strength and flexibility, while the conscious rythmic flow of the breath helps boost energy and health. Stillness in postures promotes focused mind and mental calm.
